Ceremony
Nestled in between two beautiful oak trees, our ceremony space is the perfect area to say “I Do!”. Choose between any of our arches and two wooden padded chair options, and profess your undying love to your forever person in-front of our beautiful handmade shiplap wall. Your guests and wedding party will be able to enjoy the shade of the tree canopy instead of the beating sun while watching the grand entrance and enjoying your beautiful ceremony.
Cocktail Hour
Our swoon worthy cocktail area is the perfect hangout spot for your guests to get cozy while you are off taking pictures with your brand new spouse and family! They can grab a drink from the bar, hang around the included wood tables and mingle, cuddle up by the fire, or enjoy any games or other special activities that you provide, all while being served tray passed appetizers and enjoying the breathtaking view looking down upon the whimsical lit up meadow.
Reception
Who doesn’t love a super fun wedding reception?! Our beautiful reception area is surrounded by gorgeous oak trees that are hundreds of years old and wrapped in romantic lights. Our package includes the round wooden tables, two beautiful wooden padded chair options, china, glass ware, cutlery for dinner and dessert, cloth napkins in your choice of 37 colors, fire pits and lounge furniture, cafe string lights, and an incredible chandelier that hangs from the trees over the dance floor. Your guests will be in awe of the magic in the air.
Dressing Suite
Our Dressing Suite is upstairs in the main house and supplied with your choice of a bottle of Champagne, Apple Cider, or Beer to enjoy with your wedding party! This room is equipped with a big three sided mirror to check all angles of your ensemble, a queen sized bed to take cute photos with your wedding party, remote control fireplace and blinds, a private restroom, and a private deck to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or a mimosa while our team sets up your beautiful day. In the hallway, there are a number of closets for each wedding party member to keep their belongings in with a place to put their name and a hook to hang their outfit. These rooms make the cutest “getting ready” photos and are a short stair case away from the kitchen that is free for you to use for a breakfast and/or lunch station for both dressing spaces.
Hair and Makeup Suite
This room is directly across the hall from the Dressing Suite! It’s equipped with big beautiful mirrors and four salon chairs and four carts for you or your beauty artists to use. The giant windows in this room let in a ton of natural lighting! We provide a bluetooth speaker so you can listen to your favorite tunes, sip on a drink of your choice, and enjoy being pampered! There’s even a bathtub to take adorable photos in!
Dressing Den
Our Dressing Loft is its own building across from the main house. It is built for comfort with a large couch, a Nintendo switch with all of the original games, a smart TV with Netflix and other apps, area to hang clothes, a large mirror with a bar top and stools for you and your party to get ready at, a covered sitting area off the back to hang out outside, as well as a private bathroom with a shower incase you want to explore the property and get dirty, or simply want to shower right before you get ready. We supply everyone that is getting ready in this suite with the couples choice of beer, champagne, or sparkling cider, and it is a short walk from the main house kitchen so the food can all be in one place cutting down on the work of feeding your bridal party in two locations!
The Nest
Have the main house all to yourself starting the morning of your wedding to the following morning. The Oak’s Nest contains the dressing suite, honeymoon suite, a comfortable and spacious living room to hang out in during the day while you are getting ready, or is a great place for someone to escape the party when they need a break. It also has a large kitchen where you can set up breakfast and lunch buffet for your wedding party with a working refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and other kitchen gadgets. Centrally located to both dressing suites, it makes a great location for both parties to grab some delicious food! The gorgeous views from every window and an attached patio are a great place to relax and calm your butterflies.
Grand Entrance Stairs
The Grand Entrance Stairs make the most dramatic scene as you cascade down to the aisle. They have been used in so many different ways. Your wedding party can wait at the bottom so you are the only one walking down them. Some couples have their wedding party start from the middle and you would come down from the top. Whoever walks you down the aisle can support you down them or wait for you at the bottom so the moment is all yours! The possibilities are endless. You will use the stairs a second time when you make your grand entrance as a married couple once your guests are seated at reception. These stairs also make all sorts of gorgeous single, couple, and group photos! The middle row has six fire pits that are on for your guests to sit around during cocktail hour and reception. The fire is a beautiful addition to the outdoor scenery and are great for chilly nights!
Ivy Stairs
Winding staircases that run throughout the property make for gorgeous photo opportunities. The magical vibes of the stairs paired with the lush ivy creates an incredible backdrop unlike anything you will find anywhere else!
Endless Photo Locations
The Oaks at Duncan Lane is covered in perfect photo backdrops. The jaw dropping scenery makes for perfect pictures everywhere you look! From the grand entrance steps to the rock at the top of the hill, you will have a wide variety of photo backdrops! Every booking comes with a time to come take engagement pictures!
Honeymoon Suite
Included in our package is a complementary one night stay in our Honeymoon Suite on the night of your wedding! This suite has a lovely remote controlled fire place, air conditioning and heat, remote controlled window shades, a large shower with a towel warmer, private balcony, and large windows that look out into the beautiful Oak Trees behind the house. Its the perfect space to wake up on your first morning as a married couple!
